- Directly or indirectly display, post, disseminate, distribute, publish, broadcast, transfer, sell or sublicense listing information to another person or entity.
- Give listing information to an AI system or to any other technology, or use AI or any other technology to collect, store, reorganize, analyze, summarize or manipulate listing information or any related data. This includes training an AI system.
- Use the website for a commercial purpose.
- Try to get around the security of the website, or interfere with it.
Your account
You need an account to see some listing information on this website. When you create one:
- Keep your login details secure.
- Give us your real name and a valid email address. We check that the email address is valid.
- Use one account only. One email address can have one account only.
- We can suspend your account if you break these terms.
- You can close your account at any time.

The listing information on this website comes from PropTx Innovations Inc. (PropTx). Listing information is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed accurate by PropTx or by the real estate board that supplied it. A listing can change, or be sold or withdrawn, without notice. Confirm the details with us before you rely on them.
You acknowledge that PropTx, the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB) and the other Ontario real estate boards that license their listing content to PropTx own the MLS® Database, the MLS® System and the listing information, and that their proprietary rights and copyright in them are valid. This website does not give full access to the PropTx MLS® System or IDX System.
